Our Story

Brightway Transport Partners was founded in 2021, originally named KMK Transport, by Kaise Salah of St. Charles, Missouri. Kaise and his team of committed drivers (including George, Tiffany, and Darryl) set a standard of service St. Louisans came to love. With a focus on passenger safety, hands-on support, and friendly attitudes, KMK Transport grew quickly through 2024.

In 2025, as Kaise set his sights on new career adventures, he sold the business to Ben Paese.

 

Ben, a St. Louis native himself, left a career in corporate healthcare strategy in the hopes of finding an entreprenuerial journey of his own -- one that could make a measurable impact on the lives of others and the community he loved.

As Ben and the team continue on the legacy that Kaise built, the company's focus remains the same: show up on time with a smile, spend extra time helping in any way we can, prioritize frequent communication, and generally try to be the best transportation company we can be.
